Donna has spent her career providing customer service and administrative management in a broad range of  corporate and hospitality settings around West Michigan. Her goal has always been to put the client first, managing the details and making sure everything is in place to provide the best possible experience. 

Donna has been married for 40 years and has three adult children who all live in the Grand Rapids Area. When she is not working, she likes to relax at home. Her favorite past time is the enjoying the Detroit Tigers or Detroit Lions, depending on the time of year. Her lifelong goal is to have season tickets to the Tigers! Donna also spent over 10 years serving the Western Little League baseball organization starting as concessions manager then the league secretary and ultimately serving as President for four years.
